We've moved Kern River Access, Conservation and Water News to a new page. Several important issues need your attention, assistance and support:

• Borel Relicensing- Improving flows, release methodology, and stream conditions on the Lower Kern below Isabella Dam.
• User Fees for Private Boaters on the Kern?- The Forest Service has proposed extending the collection of Recreation Use Fees to private boaters.
• Delonegha Boat Launch and River Access Project- Constructing a boat launch and access point a the Delonegha bridge on the Lower Kern.
• KR1 Relicensing - Improving flows and access on the Lower Kern below Democrat Dam.
• KR3 Relicensing- Returning diverted water to the 16 mile section of Upper Kern below Fairview Dam.
