As of 2:00pm today the COE reports the Outflow from Isabella has been increased to 890 cfs. (Yes, the COE server is back up.)

Kayaking was good on the Miracle to Democrat run again this weekend, with a flow of about 730 cfs on Saturday and 660 cfs on Sunday. The release from Isabella had been over 900 cfs for most of last week. Today the Outflow from Isabella is reported to be about 680 cfs. Hot weather is forecast for the San Joaquin Valley on Tuesday and Wednesday, so an increase in the release from Isabella is possible.
There appears to be a problem with accessing the Army Corp of Engineers (COE) web site. Our main COE flow link depends on this site for data. An alternate data source is the California Data Exchange Center (CDEC). A link to the CDEC Hourly Data for Lake Isabella has been added to the "Current Kern Flows" links.
